Rai and Partners is a professional organisation, established in 2008 on the initiative of a number of professionals, who have integrated their professional practices – operating for several years – within a single structure, merging different skills and traditions to produce a wide and diversified range of services.

The firm consists of the professionals who promoted the creation of this structure: Dr Luciano Rai, Rag. Chiara Benetti Genolini and Dr Simone Bruno, Dr Luigi Guerra and Dr Giangaleazzo Rapazzini de Buzzaccarini. Later, Dr Matteo Insam joined the project.
In addition to the founding professionals, the firm employs several professionals and a staff structure consisting of several collaborators. All the professionals of Rai and partners, as well as the main collaborators, are registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Auditors.
